These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 8slot ("8slot," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://8slot.one ("Platform"). 1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the 8slot Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's 8slot wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds from a User's Balance.
• "Platform" refers to the 8slot website, mobile browser interface, games, payment systems, and support services collectively.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement.

4. The 8slot Platform is intended for use by residents and persons physically located within the Philippines or any jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 8slot, its affiliates, and its technology and game providers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

1. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8slot Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
2. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
3. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine Postal ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, and Philippine Passport.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8slot will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.
5. If you suspect unauthorized access to your 8slot account, you must notify our support team immediately via the live chat function available on the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. All transactions on the 8slot Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
2. 8slot accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

1. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 8slot are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made.
2. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
3. 8slot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing qualifying bets placed prior to any modification are honoured.
4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly provided in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

1. All games available on the 8slot Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.
2. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 8slot's server, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

8. Responsible Gaming

2. Available responsible gaming tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and may not be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.
3. Players who choose to self-exclude must not attempt to register new accounts on the Platform during their exclusion period. Any such accounts discovered will be immediately closed and associated funds forfeited.
4. 8slot complies with all mandatory age verification requirements. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated and all deposits refunded minus any bonus amounts received.

10. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8slot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
2. 8slot provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
3. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 8slot's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

1. 8slot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
2. Upon termination of your account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), 8slot reserves the right to confiscate all funds — including real-money balance and bonus funds — remaining in the account at the time of closure.
3. Upon voluntary account closure by a User in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

12. Governing Law & Amendments

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
2. 8slot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
4. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 8slot in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
